A : In the company for some time, business has not been a breakthrough in the progress, and I am deeply sorry.
2 During this time I have received no any formal technical training, so customers face is the lack of knowledge products, such as the need to offer the equipment and so on, I often difficult to separate the implementation and operation.

I regret the fact that I have not made any breakthrough, even though I have been working here for quite a while now.
Having not received any formal training of all the technical details since I got here, I find I am lacking understanding of our products, such as necessary equipment and pricing information, when I deal with the clients. This makes it difficult for me to do my work and execute (transactions).
