Since you are a very good leader and a friend of mine,I now do not hesitate to talk to you about my reasons for resignation and my opinions:
1.It has been a period of time since I worked for the company, and I am very sorry that we haven't make any breakthrough on our advancement.
2.I think I acted not well when I was having a face-to-face conversation with the customers,partly due to the lack of product cognition.For example,the equipment and the quoted price we needed often made it difficult for me to implement and operate. But what I really want to say is that I didn't receive any regular technical trainings in these days.
3.I didn't adapt to the life here possibly because I work for my excompany for a long time.
4.We haven't got any product which is in view of the Chinese market because of several reasons,so I think we are now going through an exploring period and the position "sells manager" still can't make direct effort.
stating all the above I think I am not suit for the position,and I really hope that you can find one who are more suitable for the position than me.And of course,my best wishes to our company!

1: In the company for some time, business has not been a breakthrough in the progress, and I am deeply sorry.
2 During this time I have received no any formal technical training, so customers face is the lack of knowledge products, such as the need to offer the equipment and so on, I often difficult to separate the implementation and operation.
Three might think that in my previous company a long time, relatively fast pace, there was a bit unsuited.
4 Due to various reasons, there was not aimed at the Chinese market the product, so I feel at this stage may still at the exploratory period, the sales manager still can not create jobs direct effect.

You are a very good friend and a working partner, so I think I should give some explanation and opinion:
1. I have been at the company at a period of time, but the work is still not done, I very sorry about it.
2. Between the time, I don't have enough experience, when ever I face the costumers I have very little information to tell them.
3. It might be the working condition that I was in at the past company, so I don't feel very confortable with.
4.We haven't got any product which is in view of the Chinese market because of several reasons,so I think we are now going through an exploring period and the position "sells manager" still can't make direct effort.
For all the reasons, I think the position doesn't fit me, hope you can find someone who can work better then me. I hope I have work utill August 17th (Friday).
