我看了其它好像很多都不好呀.
这是我呕心沥血翻译出来的噢.我英语在同龄(19)中还不错拉.
Since you are a very good leader and a friend of mine,I now do not hesitate to talk to you about my reasons for resignation and my opinions:
1.It has been a period of time since I worked for the company, and I am very sorry that we haven't make any breakthrough on our advancement.
2.I think I acted not well when I was having a face-to-face conversation with the customers,partly due to the lack of product cognition.For example,the equipment and the quoted price we needed often made it difficult for me to implement and operate. But what I really want to say is that I didn't receive any regular technical trainings in these days.
3.I didn't adapt to the life here possibly because I work for my excompany for a long time.
4.We haven't got any product which is in view of the Chinese market because of several reasons,so I think we are now going through an exploring period and the position "sells manager" still can't make direct effort.
stating all the above I think I am not suit for the position,and I really hope that you can find one who are more suitable for the position than me.And of course,my best wishes to our company!

1：在公司一段时间了，业务还没有突破性的进展，对此我深感抱歉。
1 Having been with the company for some time, I apologize for not achieving any break-throughs at work.
2 在这段时间里我也没有接受到任何正规的技术培训，所以面对客户的时候还是缺少产品认知度，比如需要的器材和报价等等，往往另我很难去实施和操作。
2 On the other hand, I did not receive any proper technical training. For this reason, I found it difficult to execute my functions as I did not have the necessary product and pricing information for our equipment when dealing with customers.
3 可能以为我在以前的公司时间长了，节奏比较快，所以也有点不适应。
3 Perhaps I am too used to the quicker pace with my previous employer and found my present situation unsatisfactory.
4 由于种种原因，现在还没有针对中国市场的成品，所以我感觉可能现阶段还是处于摸索期，销售经理这个职位还不能产生直接效应。
4 For various reasons, our company still does not have products suitable for the Chinese market and we are still at a stage searching for market directions. In this circumstance, the position of sales manager could not produce measurable results.
由于以上种种原因，我觉得可能我不适合这个职位，希望你们能找到更适合的人选。也充心希望公司业绩蒸蒸日上。我希望做到8月17号（星期五）。望批准。
For the reasons stated above, I do not think I am suited for this position, hopefully, you could find a more appropriate candidate. I would like to work until Friday, 17th August 2007 and wish to close with a sincere wish for the continued success of our company.
