制作面包具体方法为:
1、准备一个和面盆,放入鸡蛋和白糖搅匀,再放入面粉和发酵粉混合匀,加水和面,进行发酵。

3、当面团膨大至小份面团两倍大小时,可把面团放入烤箱烘烤。下火温度高一点选220度,等烤好下火再开上火,上火开180--200度,烤成金黄色出炉。
