To talk to others is an art, in which we have to make use of skills and choose correct ways.every day we talk face to face to others or communicate on the phone.these are all expression of this kind of art .Although this job itself is far away from art,it needs our careful practice and imitation.we have to answer hundreds of thousands of phones to respond to customers'questions and to handle sudden matters.of course ,it's improper to talk in the same way and the same attitude all the time,which may cause their complaint and even disatification.as a result ,we care much about the tone and words when have a talk on the phone.all in all,considerate and exquisite service is our goal and treating our work with patience and degree the main point.
