We anwer the phone and have conversations with guests every day, which is also expressing art, although this kind of work is not really an art, it still need us to ponder and practice carefully. We call hundreds, even thousands of telephone every day, answering various problems,sometimes dealing with all kinds of emergencies, if only one manner of speaking or single tone to reply all the guests, there must be some time to fail , which will be caused for big or small complaints. In this case, in order to avoid the guest's discontent and dislikes, when answering the phone we must pay special attention to the words of the language and tone of one's attitude.
