Summary
Steel armored body is an important part of the armored vehicle, which is a all closed
shell structure welded of homogeneous armor plates at a certain angle. Steel armored body
is of good shape and sturdy ballistic armor, rendering for its own ,internal crew,
containing members ,various parts and equipments protection and reduce and avoid
destruction or damage.And also it braces the weapons systems , power systems, protection

manufacturing process analysis;

influence and size of parts, welding deformation and analysis determine the appropriate
control measures to reduce manufacturing assembly body size deviation.
⑶, on the impact of body welding quality technical factors and production of the common
welding defects, respectively, from structural design, the base metal and welding
materials, welding technology and welding treatment and other aspects of the prevention
and control measures to reduce welding defects, to mention the body of the welding
quality.
Current manufacturing quality control of the body are mostly from the perspective of
monitoring and control, through researching advanced testing techniques and diagnostic
control technology, to establish a reasonable method of detection and control or
management system to quickly identify and solve quality problems. This issue is part of
manufacturing process from the perspective of an armored vehicle in the steel body in the
manufacturing process, resulting size of its deviation and welding quality defects of the
factors were analyzed and summarized in some of the effective combination of production
experience, to the prevention and control measures . Some useful experience and specific
control measures can be used as body and related products for reference.
