On behalf of( 代表） the Government and people of Australia, I am delighted to advise that your application for Austalian citizensip has been approved.
Australia citizenship is the common bond which unites us all. It represents a commitment （义务）to Australia and its people, the values we share and our common future. Australia respects the diverse cultural inheritance （多种文化遗承）of its citizens who come from more than 200 different cultural backgrounds, and we are honoured（授予荣誉） that you have chosen to add to this tradition.
The final step in becoming an Australian citizen is the making of a Pledge（誓言） of commitment. You will not be an Australian citizen until you have made that pledge.
Generally, citizenship ceremonies are scheduled within 6 months of approval but waiting periods vary. The Department will write to you when arrangements have been made for you to make a pledge of commitment.
If you have any enquiries, or if your address has changed since you lodged your application, please contact the Citizensihp Information Line on 131880 quoting the reference number at the top of this letter.
Once you become an Australia citizen, your permanent resident visa will cease. An Australia passport is the preferred and most conclusive（重要的，决定性的） proof of Australian citizenship for entry to Australia. For information on obtaining and Australian passport please call the Passprots Office on 131232.
