1.Although we tried our best to do it yesterday,we only made one,the rest tow will be compeleted today.So we can only send them out today.
2.We have never made A12,but the contract of B14 shows that we may use the rest material of A12.
3.Because of some private business,i need to go to my home-town.So,may I ask for leave at 2 and 3,and I will be back at 4.I will ask my workmate A to do my work.Hoping for your approval.

although we tried our best to accomplish the project, we can only finished one yesterday. And the other two would be finished today.so we can only arrenge to sent it out today.
we have never done the pattern design of a12, but it shows we have to use the remanent material from a12 by the a14 contract.
i have to go back to the town because some of my familiar affiar. so i need to ask for leave of one and a half day on 2nd and 3rd, and i will go back work on 4th. i will trust my colleague with my urge projects. please understand me and ratify my application.
