    译文：Student association makes an announcement that sports meet ,which all the students must take part in , will be held (on) the next Friday on the school playground and will be postponed because of bad weather.
    解释：这其实是一大句英语，就是表示：校学生会发布通知， 所以按照英语习惯译成完整的一句话。仔细体会就会理解细节。 注意英语中表示状语的一般顺序是：时间，地点，方式，许多人不注意这个英语习惯细节啊。在the next Friday前面的介词on 可以省略，所以用了括号（on）形式。

    The Student Council issue a notice that the School Sport Meeting will be held on the school playground on next Friday. All the student should be there on time. In case of the weather problem, the meeting will be delayed accordingly.
