TBT（技术性贸易壁垒）成为国际贸易中继关税和非关税壁垒之后的重要贸易保护手段，成为影响我国企业对外贸易的主要因素之一。这无疑增加了我国对外出口的难度，削弱了我国的出口产品的竞争力。
TBT(Technical Barriers to Trade), as an important protective device after the relay barriers of tariff and non-tariff in international trade, have been one of the most principal factors that influence on foreign trade of enterprses in China, which, without doubt, has added to the hardship of our export abroad and weaken our competitive strength of export products.

TBT comes from various aspects, updates frequently with any advance notice. It causes many side effects to many countries, in particular developing countries.
