土豆片回锅肉
食材:土豆、青椒、五花肉、葱、蒜;
做法:
1.土豆削皮洗干净切片,青椒洗净切块,葱蒜切好备用;
2.锅内加水,水开倒入切好的土豆片焯2分钟,然后捞出控干水分备用;
3.重新起锅,五花肉冷水入锅,加入料酒、葱大火煮七八分钟捞出;捞出的五花肉切薄片;
4.热锅倒入五花肉片,煸炒出油脂,等肉片炒至金黄加入葱蒜,再加入1勺豆瓣酱炒匀;
5.加入青椒和焯好的土豆片一起翻炒三分钟,加入少许蚝油和生抽调味,翻炒2分钟即可出锅。
贴心小tip:
1.倒入青椒和土豆片后不用再加盐,因为豆瓣酱和生抽里都有盐,如果继续加盐会很咸!!
2.土豆片焯一下炒的时候容易熟,口感也更好。
