准备材料:
鸡腿:500g、花椒:8g、盐:28g、香叶、八角:一个、高度数白酒:15-20ml(根据自己口味调整)。
1、准备好一些厨房纸巾,把鸡腿上血水擦干,擦到表面没有水分干燥的状态,然后把盐、花椒、香叶八角称重好放在锅中。

2、把香料炒一下,出香味,盐微黄就是好了。

3、把鸡腿从根部剪开,让整个肉可以展开,这样味道才会进去,并且在鸡腿表皮用剪刀戳一些洞,处理好所有的鸡腿。

4、给处理好的鸡腿四周抹上白酒,然后再抹一层炒过的盐,这样就可以封起来腌制了。

5、用重物压在鸡腿上,腌制24小时左右。
