随着科技水平的不断提高和计算机技术的迅速发展,计算机三维造型技术尤其是逆向工程技术在工业上已经得到了广泛的应用。本次设计以风行商务车的仪表板中央控制面板(中控板)为研究对象,研究仪表板中央控制面板外形的逆向工程造型方法,并对逆向工程概念、方法进行系统的阐述。首先,通过柔性关节臂测量仪扫描获取仪表板中央控制面板表面的点云数据,然后利用Imageware软件对点云数据进行处理,最后通过UG NX6.0应用软件基于曲面重构理论进行仪表板中央控制面板造型表面重构,最终实现了仪表板中央控制面板的曲面重构,产生其三维模型,并通过三维模型设计出适合生产的注塑模具。UG NX6.0的重构设计方法主要通过分层好的点云作线条,并通过线条网格、扫掠以及曲线组等方法作出曲面,再通过面以及面与面间的修剪,做成仪表板中央控制面板的外形片体,最后,对片体进行片体缝合成实体。然后运用边倒圆等优化实体,使实体的线条形体变得更美观流畅,各部件设计简洁明了,从细节上反映该产品的美观性、方便性与实用性。与传统的正向设计方法相比,逆向设计方法提高了工作效率,缩短了新产品的开发周期。
