How do I keep healthy? I think them are very important: do some exercise, have a good style to living, have an optimistic assessment.
What sports do I often do? I love to go for a walk, go hiking, play badminton, and go swimming.
I often go hiking twice a month. On weekends, I always invite our friends come. We often go hiking on Tang Liang Mountain. It often takes us five hours.
I play badminton once a week. I play badminton with my workmates. We often play badminton after work on Wednesdays. Where do we often play it? We always play badminton at Majialong sports center.
When do I go swimming? I often go swimming twice a week in summer.
Where do I go to walk? In the past half a year, I had an English class at Dave’s office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. I walk to there four times a week. It takes me thirty minutes.
What style of living do I have? Every day, I drink more than eight cups of water. I drink the soup and have breakfast. I have a lunch break at noon. But I always go to bed late. I will make it better.
What’s an optimistic assessment? I think an optimistic assessment is: tolerant, smile and settle for my have.
What’s tolerant? I mean tolerant is an attitude with your close relatives, your workmates, and your friends. When you are tolerant, they will feel you are very kindly. And they love to stay with you.
How to smile? Every morning, when I awake up, I just say to myself: thanks all, I have family, I have a work, I have a daughter, and I have many friends… then I get up, and I can smile to start a new day.
You should be tired to do a lot of work for your ask. So, enough is as good as a feast. I think it’s very important for my life.
