Hello,i am LiHua.Recently i hear you do not feel well.i am so worried about you.here i want to give you some suggestion.and i sincerely hope you can get well soon.
To begin with,you should try to balance your diet by eating more fruit and less protein.in this way you can get more healthy.Besides,you'd better do some physical exercise to buid a good body.As you know,nothing is more impotant than the good health.What's more,it's of good importance to have enough sleep.Do remember do not stay up late.
Those above all are my suggestion.i believe you can get healthy soon.

How are you? I'm Li Hua. I have heard that you are not feeling very good physically in recent time. Here I want to offer you some advice, hoping they will be helpful. Firstly, proper diet. Don't eat junk food or anything that has gone bad. Secondly,keep exercising. It is very important to keep your body fit. Thirdly, insure enough sleepness. I head that you did not feel vell recently, here i have some advises for you: First, Eat properly, no fast food or roten food; Second, do some pysical excises, keep healthy is the most important thing; Third, sleep well, do not stay over night.
