第二句，应该加上and，He has two sons and both of them are teachers.
第一句对，both of whom are teachers 作伴随状语。
因为一个句子中只能有一个主谓宾，第二句中出现了两个主语（He 和 them），所以要在中间加个and，使它变成两句话。
