在后危机时代，人们的关注点从此前经济增长率的高低，转向经济增长的质量、效益和可持续性。综合国际国内经济形势看，转变经济发展方式已刻不容缓，而加快转变外贸发展方式，是转变经济发展方式的一个重要组成部分后危机时代，加快转变外贸发展方式是应对国际经济贸易格局调整、谋求新发展的必然要求。本文以科学发展观为指导，从后危机时代的现实背景出发，通过对辽宁对外贸易增长方式现状，如进出口商品结构、外贸依存度等深入分析，找出辽宁对外贸易增长方式中存在出口商品层次低、技术含量不高等问题，根据目前辽宁省出口商品结构发展中存在的问题，有针对性地提出了符合辽宁省实际情况的外贸增长方式转变的对策。研究辽宁外贸增长方式转变，从而为转变辽宁外贸增长方式的研究提供一个新的视角。

A global financial crisis was broke out by the subprime mortage crisis in America, and became increasingly fierce from the financial sector to the entitative economic. That made the world suffered the first and the most severe global economic recession after the great depression of economic in the 30th era of the 20th century. Suffering from the financial crisis, the total export-import volume in Liaoning had declined to $ 62.92 billion, 13.1% less than last year. And the total export volume is $33.44 billion,20.5% off compared to last year. We can know that it was the conduct of the global financial crisis from the superficial status while the fact just show a difficult course to continue the way of external trade as the increasing amount of foreign dependency, intensive labor and the low efficiency.
In this urgent time of the post-financial-crisis era, people tend to focus more on the quality, efficiency and sustainability of economic growth than their previous attention on the growth rate of economic. It has become an urgent task to change the way of economic development through the economic situation at home and abroad. In this way, to faster our step on the change of external trade plays an important role in the post-financial-crisis, as well as a must to face with the adjustment of the international economic trade structure and to develop in a new angle. The article is aimed at the science concept of development and based on the real background of the post-financial crisis, to make a deeper research on the export-import commodity structure and the dependency of foreign trade through the present growth of external trade, then finally find out some problems existed in the growth of external trade in Liaoning, such like the low class of export commodity and the inadequate technical content. According to the existent issue in development of the export commodity structure, we can put forward some suitable policies of the change of external trade growth targetly based on the exact condition of Liaoning province. Working on the turning of the external trade growth then come to a new era to the growth of external trade in Liaoning.
