Abstract
Have emerged as the domestic retail customers as a scarce resource, cultivating and maintaining customer loyalty has become a group of retail enterprises in China to win the living space and an inevitable choice for the market to win. This paper analyzes the current status of China's retail industry and the existence of customer loyalty, and retail enterprises to increase customer loyalty strategy, aimed at the practice of retail marketing companies to provide guidance.
