该系统借鉴3-D Secure提出的3-D模型，将发卡行和用户归属于支付域，将网关等通信网络设备归属于交换域，将商家、收单行归属于收单域，三个域中的发卡行、支付网关、收单行由可信第三方建立信任平台。每个域内，发卡行和收单行分别保证用户和商家身份的合法性，实现对所属用户的认证和交易授权。在业务流程上，引入电子支票，由发卡行对用户签发有效的电子支票，通过电子支票，将认证流和现金流结合起来，为用户提供安全的移动支付服务。
