近年来随着电子工业的急速发展,电子元器件的应用范围也很快扩展开来,生产工作中常常需要测量电阻,电容,电感的大小。所以,设计出可靠安全便捷的测量仪具有极大的现实意义。
  本文先对设计功能及要求进行了阐述,然后提出要完成该功能的设计方案,最后会对电阻,电容,电感的测试进行设计。本设计是利用AT89C52芯片的单片机来实现测试的,其中电阻和电容是采用555多谐振荡电路产生的,而电感则是利用电容三点式产生的,从而实现各个参数的测量。这样,一方面测量精度较高,另一方面便于使仪表实现智能化。
  系统的软件设计是以Keil51为仿真平台,采用C语言与汇编语言混合编程编写了系统应用软件;包括主程序模块、显示模块、电阻测试模块、电容测试模块和电感测试模块。

Recent years,with the rapid development of electronic industry , the applied range of electron component is expanding , it often requires to measure the size of resistance , capacitance , inductance.So, it is of great practical significance to design reliable,safe and convenient measuring instrument .
This article first makes an exposition of its function and requirement, then comes up the design scheme on function, last , design for the test of resistance , capacitance , inductance. This design utilized singlechip of AT89C52 to complete the test, among this process,resistance and capacitance is generated by multivibrator circuit ,while inductance is generated by colpitts , all these made the test of various parametric come true. Like this, on one hand ,the the measurement precision is high , on the other hand , it is convenient to intelligentize the instrument.
The software design of system uses Keil51 as simulation platform, writing system application software by hybrid programming with C language and assemble language; including main executive module ,display module , resistivity test module , capacity measurement module and inductance test module.
