其实不是分数作主语，是分数修饰的名词作主语。

其判断原则和分数后面加了“of + 名词”做句子主语判断一样：

1.如果of后面是可数名词单数形式，则谓语动词也用单数形式（三单）；

2.如果of后面是可数名词复数形式，则谓语动词也用复数形式；
