当组织的领导清淅准确地表达他们的业务的为了什么和为什么会这么重要OL上涨了.领导者也必须只要有必要就经常给员工们灌输成功的核心理念.
一个组织的表现必需要理性,首先而最终它必需要有一个清淅明的目标意识.企业领导必需要在每个员工积极向上地贡献才智和技能前向他们指明方向让他们有使命感.除非和普通员工产生共鸣,不会有很大的动力产生.本回答被网友采纳
