第一条 为了加强企业管理,教育员工遵守国家法规和政令,遵守社会公德、职业道德以及公司各项规章制度,维护正常工作程序,根据国家有关规定并结合公司实际情况,制订本制度。

第二条 本制度的制订原则是:

1.有章可依,有章必依,违章必分,有奖有惩,奖惩严明,赏罚有度;

2.精神鼓励与物质鼓励相结合,教育与惩罚相结合。

第三条 本制度适用于公司本部及下属各公司。

第四条 本制度由公司行政部负责贯彻并督察实施情况。

第五条 本公司员工的奖励分为“奖金”、“记大功”、“记功”、“嘉奖。

(一)员工有下情况之一者,可用于“奖金”或“记大功”

1.对主办业务有重大革新,提出具体方案,经实行确有成效者。

2.办理重要业务成绩特优或有特殊成绩者。

3.适时消灭意外事件,或重大变故,使公司免遭严重损害者。

4.在恶劣环境下,冒着生命危险尽力职守者。

5.对于舞弊或有危害公司权益的事情,能事先揭发、制止者。

6.研究改善生产设备,有特殊功效者。

(二)员工有下列情况之一者,可于“记功”

1.对于主办业务有重大拓展或改革具有实效者。

2.执行临时紧急任务能依限完成者。

3.协且(一)项1至3款人员完成任务确有贡献者。

4.利有废料有较大成果者。

(三)员工具有下列情况之一者,可予“嘉奖”

1.品行优良、技术超群、工作认真、恪尽职守者。

2.领导有方,使业务工作拓展有相当成效者。

3.预防机械发生故障或抢修工程命名生产不致中断者。

4.品行端正,遵守规章、指导,堪为全体员工楷模者。

5.节省物料,有显著成绩者。

(四)其他对本公司或公众有利益的行为具有事实证明者,亦予以奖励。

第六条 员工奖励,以嘉奖3次等于记功1次,记功3次等于记大功1次。

第七条 本公司员工的惩处分为“免职或解雇”、“降级”、“记大过”、“记过”、“警告”。

(一)员工具有下列情况之一者,应予以“免职或解雇”处分

1.假借职权,营私舞弊者。

2.盗窃公司财物,或挪用公款,或故意毁损公物者。

3.携带违禁品进人工作场所者。

4.在工作场所聚赌或斗殴者。

5.不服从主管的指挥调遣,且有威胁行为者。

6.利用工作时间,擅自在外兼职者。

7.逾期仍移交不清者。

8.泄漏公司机密,捏造谣言或酿成意外灾害,致使公司蒙受重大损失者。

9.品行不端,严重损及公司信誉者。

10.仿效上级主管人签字,盗用印信者或擅用公司名义者。

11.连续旷工3天或全年旷工达7日以上者

12.记大过达2次者。

(二)员工有下列情况之一者,予以“降级”、“记大过”处分

1. 直属主管对所属人员明知舞弊有据,而予以隐瞒庇护或不为举报者。

2. 故意浪费公司财物或办事疏忽使公司受损者。

3.违抗命令,或有威胁侮辱主管的行为情节较轻者。

4.泄漏机密或虚报事实者。

5.品行不端有损公司信誉者。

6.在物料仓库或危险场所违背禁令,或吸烟引火者。

7.在工作场所男女嬉戏,有妨害风化行为者。

8.全年旷工达对日以上者。

(三)员工具有下列情况之一者,应以予“记过”处分

1.疏忽过失致公物损坏者。

2.未经准许,擅自带外人入厂参观者。

3.工作不力,屡劝不改者。

4.在工作场所酗酒滋事,影响秩序者。

5.在工作场所制造私人物件者。

6.顶替签到或打卡者(本人及顶替者)。

(四)员工具有下列事情之一者,予以“警告”处分

1.遇非常事变,故意规避者。

2.在工作场所内喧哗或口角,不服管教者。

3.办事不力,于工作时间内偷闲怠眠者。

4.浪费物料者。

5.办公时间,私自外出者。

6.科长级以上人员,月份内迟到、早退次数累计7次(含7次) 以上者。

(五)其他违反本公司各规章,应于惩戒事项顶者,应分别予以惩处

第八条 员工之惩处,警告3次等于记过二次,记过3次等于记大过1次,累计记大过2次,应予免职或解雇。

第九条 员工的奖惩,应叙明事实以书面通知本人并摘录事由公布众知。

第十条 本章所称嘉奖与警告、记功与记过、记大功与记大过可以相互抵消。

第十一条 本公司为求对员工考核、调迁、奖惩公平起见,可设置员工考评审议委员会。其组织规程另定。
