超简单词性转换？为什么？

第一句话其实考的是介词后面加名词，构成介宾结构。under很明显是个介词，所以后面要用construct的名词形式construction。整个句子意思，附近两家还在建的新宾馆是带有外国建筑风味的。
第二句话是考be considered to be加形容词，其中to be可以省略，表示被认为。。。这句话答案应该是unstable吧，表示性情多变。stable是形容词那是and前面是说，她是个容易紧张，容易激动的老师，如此多变的性格被认为不适合继续她的工作了。
