suppose: 设想，猜测，认为。

所以原句中 be supposed 为 I 被认为，假定，意思为“你们认为我应该...”
原句中省略的是“对方”，即需要 check 的那一方。
句子结构为what time 引导的特殊疑问句，将时间状语提前，be动词置于主语I之前。
