密封,室温存放在不见光的地方,放半年(我加了保鲜膜,因盖是透明的,外面用布包一下遮光)。

半年后取上面的澄清液,下面的就是糟(糟可以再加原料继续做)。澄清液加一勺红糖(也可以再添些冷开水),密封,再放3个月,开瓶,有酸味就成功了。装瓶前最好再沥清一次,透明香醇的米醋就可以食用了。
