1. During start up period, Normally vendor must provide experienced engineer to work with GSMC‘s engineer in 5days *9hours work time. If schedule is behind, GSMC reserves the right to ask Vendor’s engineer to work overtime to meet start up schedule, Vendor should not refuse it and no charge to GSMC.GSMC reserves the right to request supplier change on site engineers, if the engineer is not pass GSMC’s qualified.
2. During start up and warranty period, Vendor must dedicate one equipment who has more than 3 years experience in troubleshooting. Vendor cannot change engineers without GSMC’s agreement.
3. Vendor must provide monthly service engineering consultations and semi-annually service engineer visiting during warrant period.
4. During warranty period field support service must be available 7 day per week, 24 hours per day and reach the field within 2hrs if service required by GSMC. Technical support must be available during normal business time.
5. Engineering bulletin or update information must be mailed to GSMC’s responsible engineer regularly.
6. Vendor must provide the detail service proposal for tool installation and warranty before GSMC issue the PO. The service proposal should include engineer quantity, working experience, escalation map, response time, working time and so on.
