越南春卷
做法:
1. 荷兰黄瓜、胡萝卜、紫甘蓝、包菜、生菜和红黄甜椒洗净,分别切丝,备用。
2.基围虾洗净,在虾尾第二节和第三节连接处,用牙签挑去虾线。
3.洗净的秋葵和去好虾线的虾,分别入沸水锅焯熟,放入冰水中备用。
4.焯熟的虾去壳,剥出虾仁,备用。
5.捞出冰水中的秋葵,樱桃番茄和荷兰黄瓜洗净,分别切片,备用。
6.取一个直径比越南春卷皮大的圆盆,倒入60度左右的温水,放入越南春卷皮,浸泡5秒左右(容器也可以用略有深度的平底锅代替)。
7.将泡软的越南春卷皮平铺在案板上,中间放上生菜丝、卷心菜丝、黄瓜丝、胡萝卜丝、红黄甜椒丝和虾仁等食材。
