I am the person who drives for results , I have been as the volunteer manager in 16th Shanghai Film Festival whose duty is hiring 40 volunteers. In order to complete the goal, firstly i break down the goal into different channel, Renren 10 volunteers, Wechat 20 volunteers and 10 volunteers from the students surrounding me. Finally I complete my goals and use the same way to do my partner's favor.
Besides, I also good at conflict management because I thought conflict is opportunity. Before going to university, I have conflict with my parents about what I want to learn.
