摘要:本文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法和访谈法对延安大学开设瑜伽公选课的现状进行全面的调查和研究。瑜伽作为非竞技运动项目,在高校公体课中进行普及推广仍存在一定障碍———教材正规化水平较低、经过正规培训的师资匮乏、教学场地器材不足、基本设备欠缺等诸多问题提出相应的建议，针对调查研究结果提出相应的建议,为瑜伽课程在延安大学更好的开展和提高提供参考依据。使得延安大学的瑜伽课程向着更加健康、专业的方向开展。
