2.鸡蛋打散,加入切碎的小葱叶,只用了葱叶部分。

3.蛋液里再加入一点盐,正常炒鸡蛋的量就可以,口重的可以微微咸一点。

4.面条煮熟,煮的微微软一点,但不要太软,不然夹起来会断。

5.锅备好,我用了六连盘的小平锅,(什么样的锅具都可以),刷上一层油。

6.煮好的面条用筷子挑出,直接放到锅盘内,铺一层。
