主料:排骨2斤、米适量
辅料:葱适量、姜适量、料酒适量、生抽适量、老抽适量、胡椒粉适量、白砂糖适量
1、排骨洗净,沥干水分。

2、加入料酒,葱,姜腌制。

3、再加蚝油,生抽,老抽,白砂糖,用你干净的小手抓匀,然后腌制半小时。

4、接下来就是炒米了,这是来做粉的,当然现在有现成的粉可以直接买了,把米炒成金色就行了,然后把炒好的米用擀面杖擀成粉末。

5、再往粉里面加入少许胡椒粉,增加点味道。

6、把调好味道的粉倒入腌好的排骨里面。

7、用筷子给每根排骨的翻个面,保证每跟排骨都沾满米粉。

8、上锅蒸,大约30-40分钟。粉蒸排骨成品图。
