市长叔叔：
我是华强小学的一名小学生。
我从小就在南宁长大，南宁是怎么变化的，我都看到了。从一个不知名的城市变成了一个中国绿色城市，开展了民歌节，南博会……
现在在南宁，到处可以看到“环境保护，人人有责。” 等字样。在马路边上，各种各样的垃圾桶美丽极了。最近，大家都提倡把可回收和不可回收的垃圾桶分开。
可是，我觉得光有分类是不行的，要在垃圾桶上写一些可回收一类的垃圾和不可回收的一类垃圾的种类，不是每个人都想我们一样接受知识多，知道什么是可回收和不回收的垃圾是什么，想那些民工，他们不知道，就会乱丢一气，这样反而不好。不仅起不到环保和垃圾分类的作用，反而会给那些垃圾场的工作人员带来工作的困扰。
此外，我还发现一个蛮严重的问题。
有一天，我和妈妈还有姥姥一起去坐公共汽车，想要去烈士陵园扫墓。开始我们是开开心心的出门啊，可是当我们去公共汽车车站等车的时候，发现旁边有一个垃圾桶，里面的垃圾已经发臭了，路过的行人纷纷五着鼻子绕到走，我们走过的时候一会闻见一股很大的腐臭味。
后来，我在去过的地方，凡是有垃圾桶的，我就仔细观察有没有臭味。经过一段时间的观察，我发现，现在的垃圾桶都是固定的，不像以前那种可以把垃圾倒出来，可是为什么会发臭呢？？后来我才知道，原来是因为垃圾桶是固定的，那些环卫工人早晨清垃圾桶的时候，只是简单的把表面的垃圾捡出来，并没有清理到底部。有一次，我就去问他们为什么不把垃圾清理干净？他们说不是不想，是因为垃圾桶是固定的，所以手不能伸到底部，垃圾又不能倒出来，所以就只能把垃圾留在里面了。
由此可见，垃圾桶发臭，不是因为环卫工人不尽责，而是因为垃圾桶的设计有问题。我在此希望，为了南宁的美丽，为了空气的清新，请市长叔叔再叫人设计过一些既实用，有好看的垃圾桶，不要再让那些臭味来污染我们清新的空气。

全校少先队员：

地球，这位人类的母亲，我们生命的摇篮，曾经是那样美丽壮观，和蔼可亲！她无私的为我们提供各种资源．但是人们却随意毁坏自然资源，污染环境，造成一系列生态灾难，给人类生存带来严重威胁．作为地球村的小公民，我们有责任，有义务从小事做起，从身边做起保护我们的环境，保护我们赖以生存的家园，使我们能在一个干净的环境里学习生活。因此我向全校少先队员提出以下建议：
第一：不用一次性筷子，因为快餐筷的材料是树木．
第二：提醒爸爸妈妈买菜时不用塑料方便袋，以减少白色垃圾．
第三：我们要节约用水，早晨洗脸时要把水龙头拧小．生活中要学会循环利用水．
第四：照顾好自己身边的一草一木、爱护花草。让我们同小树一起茁壮成长．
第五、节约用纸，把草稿纸写满，不要只写几个数字就扔掉。

关于保护环境问题的建议书
全体少先队员：

环境问题一直倍受人们的关注，因为环境的好坏直接影响着人们的学习、工作、生活。为了保护环境，我们建议全体少先队员立即行动起来，做到以下几点：

一、全体少先队员，利用课后、课余时间开展“爱鸟护蛙”活动。因为鸟类是人类的朋友，如果见到有人买卖小鸟、鸟蛋或青蛙的话，我们要尽力阻止或上报有关人员。
