患感冒---have a cold/catch a cold
不舒服---be not feeling well
感冒症状:
头痛---have a headache
喉咙痛---have a sore throat
流鼻涕---have a running nose
发烧---have a fever
应该注意事项:
穿适时衣服---to dress properly
多喝水---drink a lot of water
休息好----take a good rest
吃感冒药---take some cold medicines

I'm sorry heard that you have a cold.I;m catch a cold too.My mother told me ought to drink more and more water,and be careful the warm.I advirse you do this.It will help you recover your health early.When i catch a cold,my state of mind is too bad/terrible.I don't have a good appetite and i'm in low spirits.I only want to sleep.The doctor is advice me to drink more and more water too.and i feel better now.I think you also do this.that's important foy your healthy.I hope you can recover your health early.

Do you have a cold ? If you have a cold .You should go to bed eavly for a few nights.You should Drink lots of water..You should see a doctor and you should take some medicine .You should not eat hot yang foods ,like beef .You should eat a vegetable diet .
