每个人的情况都不一样，能否转换签证需要看情况而定。必须了解签证持有人的全部情况才能给你确切答案。
签证官给旅游签证审批时，基本都会给你加上条款。最常见的也是每张600类签证上都会有的条款是以下几个：
8101- No work: The visa holder cannot workinAustralia.
签证持有者不得在澳大利亚工作
8201 - Maximum 3 Months Study: While inAustralia, theholder must not engage, for more than three months, in any studies or training.
在澳洲期间，签证持有者参与学习和培训的时间不得超过三个月
8501- Health cover: The visa holder mustmaintain adequate arrangements for health insurance during their stay inAustralia.
签证持有者在澳期间一定要确保拥有覆盖全程的健康保险（一般而言购买保险要比签证到期日多2个月）
8503- No further stay: The visa holder will not, after entering Australia, be entitled to be granted a substantive visa, other than a protection visa, while they remain in Australia.
不得进一步逗留，是指签证持有人持其来访澳洲的临时签证入境澳洲后，除保护签证（Protection Visa）以外，该签证持有人无法申请其它任何实质性签证，该签证持有人必须在离开澳洲后才可进行其他签证申请。
