css 有没有办法控制 a 下划线 的颜色？ 或者 修改成虚线？

有两个方法，第一个就是给A标签加上一个：text-decoration:underline，属性，当然它的颜色和字体是一样的颜色！

第二个就是给A标签加一个底部边框：border-bottom:1px solid red，要想与文字有间距使用padding-bottom属性就可以了！第二种可以单独控制下划线的样式！

none 默认。定义标准的文本。
underline 定义文本下的一条线。
overline 定义文本上的一条线。
line-through 定义穿过文本下的一条线。
blink 定义闪烁的文本。

用text-decoration不能定义dashed 只能用别的方法：
比如去掉下划线，设置border-bottom
a {
text-decoration: none;
border-bottom: thin dashed #FF0000;
}
