1.manually signed invoices in triplicate,original of which certified by chamber of commerce.
beneficiary must certify on the invoices(s) that the country of origin as indicated in the certificate of origin is stated on the each product or on the outerside of each packing unit (as applicable).
invoice(s) to indicate:
(1).the trade term ‘exw-beneficiary's warehouse' (against the full invoice value)
(2).the shipping marks as stated in the credit.
2.packing list.
3.certificate (s) of origin in triplicate ,one of which certified by chamber of commerce ,evidencing the full name and address of the manufacturer or factory or producing company and certifying that goods being exported to kingdom of daudi arabia are of chinese origin and manufacture.
4.forwarder's certificate of receipt (FCR) in the original issued dated, signed and stamped by applicant's nominated forwarder confriming receipt of goods covered under the saudi british bank credit no.DIBCPM****** from beneficiary's warehouse in good order and condition on exworks beneficiary's warehouse,tianjin basic for onward shipping by them from any tianjin port to any applicant's warehouse via dammam port .(the date of forwarder's certificate of receipt should be construed as the date of delivery of goods).
(name and address of applicant's nominated forwarder which froms an integral part of the fredit will be forwarded to you when it made available to us by applicant.)
