在打的过程中,慢慢加入牛奶、白糖,并不断搅拌

用小火慢慢加热,在加热过程中不要离开,一边加热,一边搅拌,要煮到开锅,然后加入玉米淀粉糊,玉米淀粉糊要提前备好。也可以直接加入玉米淀粉。依然是搅拌,搅拌均匀即可。

再一次的加热,这次比较粘稠,小火慢慢的加热,不要糊锅。加热后放到容器内。

接下来就是漫长的冷却等待了,差不多要4到5个小时才能冻的很好,刚开始的1个小时可能每隔半小时再搅拌一下,也可以不搅拌。
再第二次加热的时候容易糊锅,特别注意及时搅拌
