I am writing to make a request that I wonder whether you are kind to replace my speeding fine notice with a traffic infringement or an official warning.
My fine notice number is 2T4360WXR3 and name is Shao Wang. The highway speed limit is 65km/ph and I was driving at 84km/ph. I wasn't able to see the speed limit notice because of the heave fog. It is the first fine notice that i have received in a foreign country. I am always driving carefully and have never break the rules or regulations. During the past two years, I have kept a good driving record.
At present, I am a student and I live on my parents rather than on myself. If you are kind enough to lower the fine , my budget would be better. Due to the situation above, I would be grateful if the Traffic Infringement Notice was withdrawn and an Official Warning issued instead.
