是否要联系售后更换硬盘,我的保修期于3月1号到期。
具体情形如下:
开机时这样显示的:

f2 system diagnostics
enter - contine startup
那请问我是找销售商,还是在网上登录惠普网站报修(因为我是在异地买的好麻烦,虽然还没过保修期)?

hard tune 检测状况如下异常:
(05)Reallocated Sector Count(红色字样) 显示值分别是:
Current(8) worst(8) Threshold(10) Data(1899) Status(Failed)
(C4)Reallocated Event Count(黄色字样) 显示值分别是:
Current(100) worst(100) Threshold(0) Data(307) Status(warning)
