当今全球环保思潮的冲击和绿色消费的方兴未艾,企业如果沿袭传统的营销方式,必将被淘汰.企业要想生存发展,并在竞争中立于不败之地,必须适应新的形势,实施绿色营销,以满足人们的无污染、无公害、延年益寿的需求。
本文主要讨论了绿色营销对企业发展的必要性以及企业在实施中存在的问题。20世纪80年代以来,伴随着各国消费者环保意识的日益增强,世界范围内掀起了一股绿色浪潮。进入新的21世纪,绿色营销已深人人心。所谓绿色营销是指企业在充分满足消费需求、争取适度利润和发展水平的同时,注重自然生态平衡,减少环境污染,保护和节约自然资源,维护人类社会长远利益及其长久发展,将环境保护视为企业发展的条件和机会的一种新型营销观念和活动。具体来说,绿色营销就是企业通过市场交换过程满足人们的绿色消费需求,促进经济和生态的协调发展所进行的市场调查、产品开发、定价、分销和促销以及售后服务等一系列的整体经营活动过程。绿色营销的宗旨是节约材料耗费,保护地球的资源,防止生态污染和恶化;确保人们使用产品的安全、卫生、方便,以提高人们的生活质量和洁净人们的身心,提高人们的健康水平;引导人们进行绿色消费,培养环境保护意识,优化生存空间。
但绿色营销在我国起步较晚,虽得到一定发展,但面临着全社会性绿色消费需求尚未形成、绝大多数企业绿色营销理念仍未确立、生产管理方式滞后、营销组合策略不相适应以及政府措施不力等问题。我们必须采取相应对策,积极创造条件,努力使绿色营销逐步成为本世纪中国市场营销的主流。
