Knowing the local body language is important when you go abroad to a foreign country.Or,it will easily make you embarassed.Here is a joke:a Chinese went to England and he went into a restaurant to have a meal.He pointed his mouth and the waiter went away at once.A few minutes later,the waiter hold him a glass of drink.
