My father is a workaholic.He has no hobbies apart from working.As time goes by, his health is getting worse.I know that overwork can do great harm to health. So I decide to assist father to do exercises.I also make a gradual plan for him to jog.Till now, the plan works well.

HOW to keep healthy

Firstly,you should do exercise at least three times a week to strengthen your bodies.Secondly,you should eat less meat,but more vegetables and fruits.You shouldn't eat fried food ,because it's bad for health.You should never go to bed late.You must be sure that you sleep nine houres a day.It is very important to wash hand before eat food.We should not stay long nailsIf.When you getting ill ,you must go to the hospital.if you keep a good habit, it will make your healthy and help you study better.
