英语非谓语做定语的问题

The supersized-sounding XS Max is the first iPhone to have a display of more than 100 square centimetres (cm2) in area. 请问这句话first iPhone为啥后面一定要是to have? having为什么不行
我是问的为什么不用doing动名词形式而用to do 不定式。别答非所问啊、。。。
