信用证没看出有问题，单据要求简单。
熏蒸证明是在有木质包装时需要出具的，应该是商检部门出具吧。
提单上如果没有特别的批注，如“水浸”、“破损”等就认为是“清洁”的，有一些提单上提前印有“CLEAN ON BOARD”字样。

2。如果有木质包装就要熏蒸，如果没有木质包装就不用。熏蒸证明是熏蒸公司出的，具体找谁可以问当地货代。
3。提单上都会有CLEAN ON BOARD 字样，在右下角，不用担心。

CLEAN ON BOARD好像是船公司盖的章上的吧。熏蒸证要找提供熏蒸的企业，当然是商检局出的。
