第一句话是 what motion to do (to conduce to health)
完整版可以是 what the motion one could do in order to conduce to health.
第二句是 this rule is meant to address the difficulity (that students from improverished or chaotic homes might have/ in completing their homework.)
分开版是： the rule is meant to address the difficulity.
students from improverished or chaotic homes might have difficulity.
their have difficulity in completing their homework.
一般来说，我个人是这么分的：
首先找到动词，例如第二句话有两个动词，那断句点一般在动词中夹杂的名词之间。
然后找连词，一个复杂句一般用一些特别的连词链接，例如 that ，so that, in order to , when , where , what how. etc，一般连词后面跟随的就是从句
最后跟句子的构成有关，复合句的组成就是省略几个句子的重复部分，一般而言出现在主语，宾语的位置，例如开头是-ing，-ed，that 这类基本可以断定是主语从句，你看到一段句子句意已经完整，或者句子结构是基本完整的，就是可以断了。
从句的结构分析是有些麻烦，可能还是多练习多看更有帮助些。
