双重否定句
（Double Negative Sentence）表示在一个句子中存在两个“否定字”或是“否定含义字”，如此即可视为“双重否定句”。
最常见的两种双重否定句类别为：
1.双重否定句表肯定意思
2.双重否定句表加强否定
首先我们要搞清楚什么是“否定含意字”？
no 以及 not 为标准的“否定字”，
而“否定含意字”则是指虽然不是 no 或是 not，但是含有否定、拒绝意思的单字，
如：without, never, nothing, nobody，这些单字也可以作为双重否定句的构成要件。
双重否定句表肯定意思的情况
表示肯定意思的双重否定句，也就是一种「负负得正」的概念，用来表示「肯定」的意思
英语双重否定句常见的有如下三种句型：
1、否定词 no／not等＋表示否定意义的形容词。
例如： He has no small reputation as a scientist．
他是名气很大的科学家。
No way is impossible to courage．
勇士面前无险路。
It is not uncommon for students to have friendly relationship with their teachers．
学生与老师建立友好关系并不罕见。
It is conflict and not unquestioning agreement that keeps freedom alive．
使自由保持活力的是冲突而不是绝对的一致。
Nothing is unnecessary．
没有什么是不必要的。
2、否定词 no／not／never等＋without…
We cannot succeed without your help．
没有你们的帮助，我们就不能成功。
They never meet without quarreling．
他们每次见面必吵架。
Nothing to be got without pains but poverty．
［谚］只有贫穷是可以不劳而获的。
3、否定词 no／not／never／nobody／few等＋具有否定意义的动词或短语。
There is no denying the truth．
真理是不能否认的。
The tart reply did not discomfort him．
那尖刻的回答并没有使他难过。
The Dole company says it is the biggest fruit packing company．Nobody disagrees．
多尔公司说它是世界上最大的水果罐头公司。没有人对此提出异议。
In spite of the increased debts，few fail to repay．
尽管借债越来越多，但很少有人不能偿还欠款。
2.双重否定表示“加强否定”的情况
双重否定句也常常使用双重否定来表示“加强、强调否定”的意思，文本中是很难看到这种情况的，主要存在于歌词中
Justin Timberlake 单曲 Can’t Stop The Feeling 中这句歌词：
I don’t need no reason
我不需要任何理由
Sia 歌曲 Cheap Thrill 中的这句歌词：
I don’t need no money
我什么钱财都不需要
这句话的两个否定词为：don’t 以及 no。
第二个否定词为强调作用，因此依然表示「不需要」钱。
I don’t need no money.= I don’t need any money.我什么钱也不需要。
以下这句话的两个否定词也是 don’t 以及 no：
Don’t you ever make no mistake?= Don’t you ever make any mistakes?难道你没有犯错过吗？

一、ability

二、absolutely
