摘要:嗜热微生物(thermophiles)是一种能在高于40—50℃温度下生长,最适生长温度55℃—65℃的微生物,大部分为真菌、放线菌、古细菌。目前嗜热微生物的研究还在起步阶段,所以有多关于嗜热微生物的信息都还不被大众了解,比如嗜热微生物的耐高温机制等都还只了解一部分表面。由于嗜热微生物的特殊生物结构(细胞膜、蛋白质、遗传物质等)而决定了其可以在高温下生长繁殖的基础,而正是由于其生理和代谢产物的特性,使它们的应用在很多领域都有着非常广阔的开发价值而成为现在的研究热点之一。

Thermophiles is a kind of microorganisms who can grow in the above 40-50 ℃ temperature, they optimum growth temperature of 55 ℃ to 65 ℃, mostly are fungi, actinomycetes and bacteria. Now the research of the thermophilic microorganism is still at the early stage. So there are many information about thermophilic microorganisms are also incomprehension to the general public, such as high temperature resistant mechanism of thermophilic microorganisms, etc. They are still only know part of the surface. Due to the special biological structure of the thermophilic microorganisms (the cell membrane, protein and genetic material, etc.) and determines its can grow and breed in the high temperature of the foundation, it is because of its characteristics, physiological and metabolic product made their application in many fields has a wide value of development and become one of research hotspot now.
