The Internet has brought many conveniently for ours study life, but now many children are addicted in the network, especially network game.Some students have left uncultivated the studies for this reason .The Internet will also harm person's vision and the physical and moral integrity. Even it will cause the human to move toward the wrong road, will move toward the crime path. Because the network is a hypothesized world, it makes one wallow and has the sense of achievement. But that is hypothesized.So our university student should enhance vigilance.
Overall, the Internet affects to the young people have the positive factor, also has the negative effect. The both may not neglect.Also cannot because of its positive factor, but laissez faire, no matter, also cannot give up eating for fear of choking because of its negative factor.

一个阳光明媚的日子，经停路口时，忽闻警笛大作，接着开道的警车呼啸而来，后面是一辆接一辆的囚车，上面押着五花大绑的公开宣判的囚犯。行人都驻足观看，表情各异。最后一辆囚车驶过的时候，一个熟悉的面孔朝我微笑过来，看押武警迅速将他的头压了下去，武警可能不明白，已经判重刑的人怎么还能笑得出来。可对我来说，少年虽然身体被绑缚，笑容依然令人感慨、深思……
这是个17岁的英俊少年，因为抢劫被判处有期徒刑19年。这是我承办的由人民法院指定辩护案件的当事人，他还记得我对他的辩护帮助.
一、父母离异，幼年不幸
少年17岁，相貌英俊，个头接近一米八，外形酷似周润发，这可能源于良好的父母基因。但是少年犯罪后，司法机关却无法通知他的父母，因为少年自己也不知道他的父母在哪里。因为无法通知其家属委托辩护律师，人民法院只得按照规定，指定我为其提供法律援助。
在看守所里第一次会见时，少年告诉我：他的老家在东北，父亲是一家大型企业的篮球运动员，母亲是这家企业的工会演员。在他8岁的时候，父母就离婚了 ，他被判由父亲抚养。但父亲除了在外打球，就是在外喝酒，根本无心管他，好心的邻居偶尔照顾他，他整天过着吃了上顿没有下顿的日子。姑姑看他可怜，就收留了他，并安排他上学，可惜好景不长，在他11岁时，姑姑因病去世，姑父视他为累赘，从此，他开始了艰苦的流浪生活。
二、走山东，闯上海，再回山东
无法描述流浪的具体细节，少年说那种艰难永生难忘。
他告诉我，离开姑父家后，就开始了要饭、扒车的日子，路上停停住住，用了一年多的时间到了山东，最后在青州市稳定了下来，那时他13岁。
这是一个古老而美丽的小城，一个好心的老板收留了他。老板安排他看仓库，负责他的吃住，还会给一部分零用钱。
难得有这样的好人，少年说，可惜我做了一件让人无法原谅的事，至今我不能原谅自己。在这个小城，少年感觉到了家的温暖，也很刻苦，幸运的是，在小城一年多的时间里，还跟老板学会了开车，虽然年纪小一些，不能持驾驶证。老板仓库里有一部分陈酒，不知道存放有几年了，在一个和同事喝酒的晚上，禁不住同事的怂恿，漆黑的夜晚，他开着老板的卡车，两人把60多箱酒偷运出去，准备卖掉。此事被老板及时发现，报了警，他和同事被公安机关抓获，因他年龄尚小，不久即被释放，但从此无颜再见老板。
15岁时，少年到了上海。仗着一米七多的个头，英俊的面庞，有驾驶技术，少年很快被一上海老板选中，负责给老板跟班。好景不长，一次酒后偷开老板的车，发生交通事故，闯了大祸，老板的车基本报废，上海老板这里也无法待下去了。
思来想去，少年最终选择再回山东的青州小城，不知道是什么感觉，虽然愧对青州老板，却总在最困难的时候，想起这个青州小城的一切。也许是在他那颗年轻躁动的心底，仍在期待有热情的帮助。
他最终落脚于一家歌厅，做门卫、保安。
三、结识无良大哥，从此误入歧途
经济快速发达，歌厅遍地开花。歌厅，聚集了社会形形色色的人等，饱经沧桑的少年，能否辩清是非，出淤泥而不染？
少年很快结识了一位大哥，大哥对少年非常的友善，象亲弟弟一样，真正做到了有酒同喝、有肉同吃。
大哥把自己的“绝招”也传授给了少年：如何在人流如织的大街上迅速确定口袋里有钱的人；如何在拥挤的人群中选择下手机会；如何在光天化日之下迅速得手；如何装作凶神恶煞的震住作案对象；等等。
少年是很聪明的，不仅迅速入门，而且很快发扬光大，如何选择弱女子抢劫挎包，如何悄悄跟踪抢劫对象、寻找合适机会下手，如何得手后迅速转移赃物逃离现场，等等。
你难道没有感觉这是违法犯罪吗，我问。
我也会感觉内疚的，但在大哥的义气笼罩下，我认为只有前进不能后退，才对得起大哥对我的关照。有一次，我刚刚掏走了一个学生的1200元钱，走出不远，就发现那学生瘫到在马路上，很多人过去围观，我也心里一震，有一种说不出的滋味，停了一下，就马上离开了。也许那是学生的学费吧，丢了学费学生心疼。
四、法律有情，仍然照顾少年
每个人，都需要家庭和亲人的关怀。
少年虽然英俊，却历经坎坷，过早失去了家庭的温暖和亲人的爱护。司法机关抓获少年后，曾设法通知其家属，但少年虽然还记得家中电话号码，但早已经改号。经联系少年家乡派出所，也未得知其父母情况。
法律规定，在作出处罚时，应当考虑当事人的主观恶性以及认罪态度等因素。仔细考虑少年的成长历程，
司法机关共落实少年盗窃和抢劫犯罪18起，正常情况下，应判处无期徒刑，考虑到少年是未成年人，走上犯罪道路有特殊的因素影响，法院依法判处其有期徒刑19年（数罪并罚）。
家庭是孩子成长的摇篮，是社会构成最基本的细胞，是由婚姻关系、血缘关系或其它亲族关系所组成的社会的最基本的单位。少年健康成长，需要正常的家庭教育。缺少家庭的关爱，应该是本案少年走上歧途的最初原因。
